Crepes Parisiennes in Pittsburgh

We intentionally chose Crepe Parisiennes over Starbucks and walked in about 3:45 which was 15 minutes prior to the posted closing time. Upon approaching the counter to place our order, we were told “we’re closed”. I could understand if it was 3:58. However, it was well before closing time. There wasn’t anything more to the explanation. As we turned around and left, we mentioned that perhaps the sign be changed from “open” to “closed”. As a result, we felt dismissed and frankly, offended. Off to Starbucks we went.

A little small, but has lots of delicious crepes. Their Belgian hot chocolate is also to die for!

J'adore leurs crepes! This is a quaint little bistro in North Oakland that has never disappointed me. It's closed on Mondays and most major holidays, so take that into consideration when planning an outing to the nearby museums or universities. I have only had their savory selections (e.g. ham and cheese, smoked salmon, etc.) however, the sweet ones look and smell just as tasty.

I love there nutella crapes I recomend this place to anyone who likes crepes

The salmon crepe was great. The banana and white chocolate crepe was awesome.

Loved going back to Crepes Parisiennes after about 8 years. Crepes are good with various salty and sweet options. Service is quick and coffee tastes good. Stopped by for brunch on a Saturday morning around 11 am and it wasn't as crowded as I was expecting it to be.

Really delicious crepes! Both savory and sweet crepes are nice and I've tried half of their menu already. My friends and I all enjoyed them a lot! They also have a great selection of tea and I love their coffee.I just love everything they have :)

Crepes were really good! Coffee wasn't good. Get there early, it gets busy quickly!

Delicious!! Between the 2 of us we got 2 paninis, a waffle, and a sweet crepe; we enjoyed every bite. We intend to return!

My sisters and I went here today and we loved it! The food was delicious, we each got a savory crêpe and shared a sweet crêpe. Everything was good quality and very tasty. The decor is charming and the staff we friendly and efficient. We will definitely be coming back here.

The food wasn't bad, but it also wasnt fantastic either. It's one of those overpriced places frequented by hipsters. The sweet crepes at IHOP are just as good and you get more for your buck. The staff seemed nice and theres a large variety of options here, though.

Love this place! I come here often with my friend from France and if they like it, you know it's good. Prices are reasonable, the food is tasty, the staff are super friendly, and their coffee is amazing.

The food Is pretty good here. It's a refreshing little place very classy. Near CMU and Oakland. A very short walk from North Craig Street. Accessible to a few bus lines as well. Definitely classy enough for a business meeting, or if you wanted to meet professionals at. Prices are okay. I had the banana French toast crepe. Average a little overcooked for me, but I might have a bias as my grandmother used to make crepes all the time. So I have that to compare to. They're not Grandma's but they definitely are a place to visit.

Pretty decent ham and cheese crepe. It was crispier outside than those I’ve tried in the states. I hit the brunch hours on a sunday so had to wait for 25 mins. I think they could do a better job with the speed... but the quality of food was good.

This is without question my favorite place to eat in Oakland. I've been eating here for at least seven years now, probably longer, and there's not a thing on the menu that is not well prepared. Not only is the staff friendly and efficient, if you are repeat customer they remember you and happily greet you on return visits. In fact, if you come in on a semi-regular basis, like I do, they tend to remember your orders. I have walked into the restaurant and the owner sees me and waves from behind the counter saying "Hey, ham and cheese, how are you?" My two favorite menu items are the ham and cheese crepe and the breakfast crepe, which features eggs and a hearty amount of sausage and cheese. Each crepe is served with an always fresh side of greens and a house-made dressing on the side, which is both sweet and a little tangy, but never overpowering. The hot chocolate is also velvety smooth and really hits the spot in the winter.

Amazing place to have crepes and catch up with friends. The tomato mozzarella pesto sandwich wasn't too bad as well.

Only had pastries and coffee, but everyone seemed really pleased with their crepes and waffles. I hope their is somewhere to park nearby, because I want to go back. The people working were so nice and helpful. Good energy in this place

It is very simple delicious food served in a very loving manner. Just the most delicious place! The crepes, salads, paninis and the chaud chocolat are wonderful!

The place was a bit crowded and the food was good. I got a sweet and savory crepe and felt that it was a bit overpriced for the crepes. They were yummy but not anything special.

The crepes here are amazing! They have both savory and sweet crepes as well as lunch options like paninis. I prefer the breakfast crepe for breakfast as it has egg, cheese, and sausage. For a savory crepe I love any of them with berries, and I LOVE coconut so I appreciate that I'm able to get coconut on any of them. I got the mocha parisienne and it was very good. It is bitter than hot chocolate I'm used to because it's made with real chocolate and they put fresh made whipped cream on top. I highly recommend this place for lunch or breakfast.

We ordered salmon and creme fresh crepe and a fruit crepe. Felt like I was in France from flavor and cafe style decor. Well done!

I can’t say much more than that I have been coming here weekly for over half a year. The crêpes never disappoint and the waffles are absolutely delicious. Don’t sit before you order! Trust me, the system works.

Absolutely the best crepe place, hands down. The atmosphere is very cozy and everyone who works here is very friendly. There are certain times that are busier than most, so most likely you’ll wait in line for a bit. It’s worth it. I’ve tried both their savory and sweet crepes and they don’t disappoint. I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back when I am in the area!

They have good crepes but I personally really like their coffee and croissants, which I usually get to go. The croissants especially taste pretty fresh and very buttery.

Surprised by how amazing the food was, the small location had a calm and relaxed environment and all the staff had a smile. I look forward to going back!

One of our favorite creperies in Pittsburgh. Consistent quality, good service and always amazed at how they manage the flow of people and available tables. Great location as well. They recently raised their prices which was a little unnecessary given .... its a crepe, the costs are pretty low. Still, we will keep coming back. Would love it if they offered some savory additions to their waffle options, currently its just sweet sides. (Breakfast waffle similar to the breakfast crepe).

One of the best places in pittsburgh for Crêpes!

In spite of being a little pricey, great value for money. I don't know where else you can get a mocha this good for 4 bucks. The food is cozy and reasonably priced when compared to other lunch spots on this street. A lovely and relaxing experience as long as you get there at a reasonable time.

Definitely a must if you're coming to Pittsburgh. Great place for Breakfast or Brunch. Honestly, my favorite place to eat.

You haven't had real crêpes in Pittsburgh if you haven't been here. All other cafes should close up shop.

I like savory crepe, but I think the meat is too salty. The service is quick, however, considering that we had a big group and they have only three employees.

This is my favorite crepes place of all the places I have been to, and I have been to at least 10 well-known crepes places in Paris!

My husband and I stopped here for a quick breakfast before heading to the museum of natural history. There was a line when we arrived but it moved quickly and food was coming out of the kitchen at a good pace. We ordered the banana french toast crepe and the spinach and cheese crepe. The spinach and cheese came with a small salad. Both crepes were delicious! It was a great choice for a quick bite before hitting the museum.

This an amazing place for everything they have on there menu. As a regular visitor, I have never witnessed the change in consistency of awesomeness. The staff is great and helpful too.
